プライバシーポリシー
本プライバシーポリシーは、Threads Monitor（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取得、利用、保存、削除について説明するものです。
1. アプリの目的
本アプリは、公開されているThreads投稿を対象に、指定されたキーワードに関連する投稿を検索、確認、整理、CSV出力するための研究・安全対策支援ツールです。本アプリは、違法・有害情報の把握、青少年保護、防犯、安全対策、学術研究等を目的として利用されます。
2. 取得する情報
本アプリは、Threads APIを通じて、公開Threads投稿に関する情報を取得する場合があります。取得する情報には、投稿ID、投稿本文、投稿日時、ユーザー名、メディア種別など、APIから提供される公開情報が含まれます。また、本アプリの利用に必要な範囲で、ログイン情報、アクセストークン、検索キーワード、検索履歴、CSV出力履歴等を取り扱う場合があります。
3. 情報の利用目的
- キーワード検索機能の提供
- 検索結果の一覧表示
- CSV出力機能の提供
- 研究・防犯・安全対策上の分析
- 不具合対応およびシステム改善
4. 情報の保存期間
取得した検索結果や検索履歴をサーバー側に保存する場合、保存期間は必要最小限とし、原則として30日以内に削除します。アクセストークン等の認証情報は、アプリの機能提供に必要な範囲で安全に管理し、不要となった場合には削除します。
5. 第三者提供
本アプリは、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に販売または不必要に提供することはありません。研究・報告等で利用する場合には、個人が特定されないよう配慮した形で集計・匿名化した情報を用います。
6. データの削除
利用者は、本アプリに保存された自身のデータの削除を申請できます。削除を希望する場合は、データ削除ページに記載された方法に従って申請してください。

8. 改定
本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Threads Monitor (the “App”) collects, uses, stores, and deletes information.
1. Purpose of the App
The App is a research and safety-monitoring support tool for searching, viewing, organizing, and exporting CSV files of public Threads posts related to user-specified keywords. The App is used for purposes such as identifying illegal or harmful information, youth protection, crime prevention, public safety, and academic research.
2. Information We Collect
The App may collect information about public Threads posts through the Threads API. Such information may include post IDs, post text, timestamps, usernames, media types, and other public information provided by the API. The App may also handle login information, access tokens, search keywords, search history, and CSV export history to the extent necessary to provide the service.
3. Purpose of Use
- Providing keyword search functionality
- Displaying search results
- Providing CSV export functionality
- Conducting research, cyber-safety, and public-safety analysis
- Responding to technical issues and improving the system
4. Retention Period
If search results or search history are stored on the server, the retention period will be limited to the minimum necessary period and, in principle, will not exceed 30 days. Authentication information such as access tokens will be securely managed only to the extent necessary to provide the App and will be deleted when no longer needed.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
The App does not sell or unnecessarily provide collected information to third parties, except where required by law. When information is used for research or reporting, it will be aggregated or anonymized as appropriate to avoid identifying individuals.
6. Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of data stored by the App. Please follow the instructions on the Data Deletion page.
